Bringing your ideas to life shouldn’t feel confusing. At C4 Design Studio, we keep the process simple, whether you’re outfitting a whole school or just ordering a single personalized gift.

Below is exactly what to expect—from first idea to finished product.


For Custom & Bulk Orders

(Schools, teams, businesses, nonprofits, events)

1. Tell Us What You Need

Start by sharing a few basics:

  • Who you are (school, team, business, or organization)
  • What you’re looking for (apparel, drinkware, journals, garden flags, promo items)
  • Rough quantities and your ideal timeline

You can do this through our Request a Custom Quote form or by reaching out on our Contact page. If you’re not sure exactly what you need yet, that’s okay—just tell us what you’re trying to do (spirit wear, fundraiser, staff shirts, gifts, etc.).


2. Send Your Logo or Let’s Create a Design

Next, we talk artwork:

  • Have a logo or design already?
    Send your file and we’ll make sure it’s set up correctly for print.

  • Just have an idea?
    Tell us your colors, mascot, or message and we’ll help create a design that fits your brand or event.

We’ll recommend products that match your style, budget, and how the items will be used (spirit wear, everyday staff wear, giveaways, gifts, etc.).


3. Review Your Proof & Approve Your Order

Before anything goes to print, you’ll see exactly what you’re getting.

  • We prepare digital proofs/mockups showing your design on the products you chose.
  • You review the details: colors, placement, spelling, quantities, sizes.
  • Need changes? We adjust the design and send a revised proof.

Once you’re happy, you approve the proof and confirm the final order details so there are no surprises.


4. We Print, Pack & Deliver

After approval, we take it from there:

  • Your products are printed with care and checked for quality.
  • We pack and ship your order to the address you provide.
  • You’ll receive tracking information so you know when everything will arrive.

Our goal: when you open the boxes, everything looks just like you imagined—ready to wear, display, or give.


For Fundraisers & Group Merch

Want to turn custom merch into a fundraiser or team shop? We make that simple too.

  1. Plan the lineup
    We work with you to choose products (shirts, hoodies, tumblers, flags, etc.) that fit your audience and price point.

  2. Create your designs
    Using your logo, mascot, or event theme, we design a cohesive set of products that look great together.

  3. Share with your community
    Depending on how we set things up, you can:

    • Share a collection link from our store, or
    • Use our support to help manage ordering for your group.
  4. Raise funds without the hassle
    We handle the printing and shipping. You collect the proceeds based on the plan we agree on.
