All orders placed through C4 Design Studio are subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, including our shipping and return policies.

Production and delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only. While we make every effort to meet stated timelines, unforeseen delays—such as supplier shortages, carrier disruptions, or extreme weather—may occur. C4 Design Studio is not liable for delays beyond its control.

Custom and personalized orders are made specifically for you and are non-refundable once design approval and production have begun. It is your responsibility to review digital proofs carefully before approving.

All shipping carriers are independent third parties. Once an item leaves our facility, shipping and delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier. C4 Design Studio cannot guarantee carrier performance or refund shipping fees for delayed deliveries.
